Standard Delivery

All orders are usually dispatched next working day with Royal Mail, with a standard delivery time of 3-5 working days for UK orders. For UK orders, if you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving confirmation of dispatch, please let us know.  We currently only ship to the UK, if you wish to purchase elsewhere in the world please contact us at hello@cleancrawl.co.uk I would like to return my order. What do I do? You can return any unused items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact customer services at hello@cleancrawl.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be given within 30 days of our receipt of your return. Please note, the cost of return postage will only be given where the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for returned items that do not reach us so please request proof of postage. Refunds will not be given for used items. Items must be returned to us in a saleable condition for a full refund.
