Are the trousers waterproof?
Not fully waterproof, but they are splashproof, meaning they will help keep your little on clean and dry as they explore.
Can I iron them?
We recommend against ironing your Clean Crawl trousers, due the material, the protective coating can become damaged if ironed.
Is your product sustainable?
The concept of our product to to help you make your children's outfits last longer. The product itself is made from a plastic material, to ensure its splash proof nature. However the idea is that you don't have to buy more and more clothes for your baby when they become ruined from crawling. These means less clothes waste as a whole.
We are also made in the UK to keep our carbon footprint as low as possible and our packaging is fully recyclable.
I would like to return my order. What do I do?
You can return any un-used items within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact customer services at hello@cleancrawl.co.uk quoting your order number and reason for return. Refunds will be given within 30 days of our receipt of your return. Please note, the cost of return postage will only be given where the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for returned items that do not reach us so please request proof of postage. Refunds will not be given for used items. Items must be returned to us in a saleable condition for a full refund.
My item is faulty, what do I do?
We take great pride in the quality of our products and whilst product defects are rare, they can happen. We appreciate you taking the time to inform us of any problems and we will do our utmost to ensure you are happy with your product. Please email our customer service team at hello@cleancrawl.co.uk with your order number and images of the fault and they will be able to advise. Please note, we may request faulty items are returned to us, at our cost, for investigation.
I want to change my order, what do I do?
Please email hello@cleancrawl.co.uk with your request and we will be happy to help. Please note, we are unable to make any changes to your order after it has been dispatched.
What wash setting should I clean my Clean Crawls on?
We recommend a 30 degree wash if you are putting them in the washing machine. However our product is wipeable due to its material, so you can give them a rinse under the tap, let them dry and pop them back in their pouch each time you use them.
What size should I buy?
All babies vary when it comes to size and age. We have put together a size guide so you can work out which size product your little one will need. Be mindful that this product is made to go over your little ones outfits, so allow for a little extra when measuring your baby to work out which size you will need.
Why do you only deliver to the UK?
Our moto is slow and steady wins the race, and like crawling, sometimes it take some learning to get things right. So for now, we are focusing our business here in the UK to ensure as we grow as a business it's managable. We are start up and want to make the most conscious and sustainable decisions.
I’ve used my purchase. Can I return it?
We can’t accept returns where items have been used. Full refunds will only be given where goods are returned to us in a saleable condition. We recommend that you contact our friendly Customer Service team before ordering any items if you are unsure as to whether they are suitable for your requirements. We are always very happy to help! I would like to return my order. What do I do?
Standard Delivery All orders are usually dispatched next working day with Royal Mail, with a standard delivery time of 3-5 working days for UK orders. We currently only ship to the UK. For UK orders, if you have not received your order within 10 days of receiving confirmation of dispatch, please let us know at hello@cleancrawl.co.uk
